Exchanges & Returns

At For Those Who Sin, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized Items: Custom-made or personalized products.

Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and similar items.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

We use Loop Return to streamline our return and exchange process. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit Our Portal: Go to our Loop Return portal at [Loop Return URL].
  2. Enter Details: Input your order number and email address to access your order.
  3. Select Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to exchange and provide the reason for the exchange.

Receive Instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your exchange request.

4. Exchange Process

Once we receive your returned item to our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange:

  • New Item: You will receive the new item(s) as per your request. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference.

Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

5. Shipping Costs
  • Initial Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are handled through Loop Return. You may be responsible for a small fee depending on your location and the reason for the return.
  • When Will I Receive My Credit/Refund? 
  • After the item is received and approved, you will be emailed confirmation of your store credit, or processed return within 7 business days. 
  • My Product is Defective. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at with photos of the damage or defect and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
