3. How to Request an Exchange or Return
We use Loop Return to streamline our return and exchange process. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Select Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to exchange and provide the reason for the exchange.

4. Exchange Process
Once we receive your returned item to our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange:
- New Item: You will receive the new item(s) as per your request. If there is a price difference, we will charge or refund the difference.
- Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.
5. Shipping Costs
- Initial Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are handled through Loop Return. You may be responsible for a small fee depending on your location and the reason for the return.
